General Policy:
Most of our products are pre-order based, so cancellations and exchanges are generally not allowed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If a product arrives damaged or defective, do not accept it and inform us immediately. If you cannot inspect in front of the courier, record an unpacking video. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. We are not responsible for issues reported after accepting the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
Bridal and luxury wear items are non-refundable.
Delivery Delays:
Refunds will be issued only if:
• Regular items are not delivered within 120 working days
• Luxury or bridal items are not delivered within 180 working days
Order Holding:
Orders held beyond 7 days without prior approval will be canceled without refund. Emergency exceptions can be considered after full payment.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the order, typically within 72 hours of verification.
