Please review the following rules and policies before placing an order with us:

Advance Payment:

To place an order, you are required to make an advance payment of the specified amount via Bkash/Rocket/Nagad. The advance payment amount may vary depending on the product. We only accept orders when we can confirm that the product is ready to be shipped. In case the product becomes unavailable due to stock issues, you will receive a refund via the same payment method within 72 hours.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

After confirming an order, changes in size, color, or design are not possible. Please carefully review and confirm your order before making a booking. We do not have an exchange policy after an order is placed, and cancellation is not allowed for most of our products, as they are often pre-order based.

Delivery Time:

Normally, the product takes approximately 30-40 working days to deliver. However, we give approximate time and the delivery time is subject to the brand’s delivery schedule, shipment times, and customs clearance. As a result, the estimated delivery time may be extended. For bridal or luxury wear, delivery times may increase up to 4-6 months, depending on the brand’s delivery schedule. Please note that orders for bridal or luxury wear are non-refundable. We do not accept urgent orders for these items. Refunds will be provided only if we are unable to deliver the product within 120 working days for regular items and 180 days for luxury and formal wear.

Virtual Payment Confirmation:

If you make a virtual payment, please confirm it immediately and add the cash-out charge to the payment.

Product Inspection:

When receiving a product from the courier, it’s essential to check it thoroughly for defects or issues. If there are any problems, please do not accept the product and inform us before taking delivery. We will not be responsible for any issues reported after receiving the product. There is no return policy if the product has no defects. If you cannot inspect the product in front of the delivery person, please record an unpacking video.

Order Holding:

Products cannot be held for more than 7 days. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be provided. However, for emergencies, we can consider holding the product after full payment.

Delivery Outside Dhaka:

We offer delivery outside of Dhaka via Sundarban only. When confirming your order, please provide the address of your nearest Sundarban hub. For home delivery outside of Dhaka, you must pay the full amount, and your address must be within the Sundarban coverage area. Delivery charges are 85/- inside Dhaka and 150/- outside Dhaka. Additionally, a 1% cash handling charge will be applied to the total bill for orders outside Dhaka.

Color Variations:

Colors may slightly vary due to lighting conditions and display calibration settings on your device. We recommend verifying product details before placing your order.

Pricing:

Our prices for dresses are quoted both including and excluding weight charges. The weight charge is 1.70 taka per gram. (applicable from 10th July, 2024) When the dress price is provided as a full number, no weight charge is included. If the price is given as a full number plus the weight charge, the weight charge will be added to the final bill.

By placing an order, you confirm that you accept all the rules and regulations mentioned above. Any matters not covered in these rules will be subject to the regulations of the Government of Bangladesh.
